  • Customer engages pulse's highly qualified Professional Services consultants who have extensive technical and project management experience in all aspects of assessment, planning, design, development, implementation and management of telephony applications
  • Has existing infrastructure in place that is well within the capital life of the solution

  • Requires assistance in deploying additional applications to support business initiatives within the existing infrastructure
